(وَمُنِعَ نَبِيُّنَا) مُحَمَّدٌ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - (مِنْ نِكَاحِ كِتَابِيَّةٍ) إكْرَامًا لَهُ؛ (كَ) مَا مُنِعَ مِنْ (نِكَاحِ أَمَةٍ، وَلَوْ بِمِلْكِ يَمِينٍ) وَتَقَدَّمَ فِي الْخَصَائِصِ.
