(فَمَنْ تَعَاطَى مَا مَرَّ عَالِمًا) تَحْرِيمَهُ (عُزِّرَ) لِارْتِكَابِهِ مَعْصِيَةً لَا حَدَّ فِيهَا وَلَا كَفَّارَةَ (وَلَحِقَهُ النَّسَبُ) ، إذَا وَطِئَ يَعْتَقِدُهُ نِكَاحًا أَوْ لَمْ يَعْتَقِدْهُ نِكَاحًا؛ لِأَنَّ لَهُ شُبْهَةُ الْعَقْدِ.
