(وَيَجُوزُ لَهُ) أَيْ: الزَّوْجِ (الْإِقْدَامُ عَلَى وَطْئِهَا قَبْلَ عِلْمِهَا بِالْعِتْقِ) ، وَلَا يُمْنَعُ مِنْهُ، لِأَنَّهُ حَقُّهُ، وَلَمْ يُوجَدْ مَا يُسْقِطُهُ
