مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَمَنْ حَدَثَ بِهَا جُنُونٌ) فِي الْمُدَّةِ الَّتِي ضُرِبَتْ لِزَوْجِهَا الْعِنِّينِ وَاسْتَمَرَّ كَذَلِكَ (حَتَّى انْتَهَتْ) الْمُدَّةُ (وَلَمْ يَطَأْهَا فَلِوَلِيِّهَا) أَيْ: الْمَجْنُونَةِ (الْفَسْخُ) لِتَعَذُّرِهِ مِنْ جِهَتِهَا، وَتَحَقُّقِ احْتِيَاجِهَا لِلْوَطْءِ بِدَلِيلِ طَلَبِهَا قَبْلَ جُنُونِهَا.
