(وَلَا نَفَقَةَ وَلَا سُكْنَى لِغَارَّةٍ) فُسِخَ نِكَاحُهَا إذَا كَانَتْ (غَيْرَ حَامِلٍ) فَإِنْ كَانَتْ حَامِلًا؛ فَتَجِبُ النَّفَقَةُ لِلْحَمْلِ كَالْبَائِنِ.
