(وَإِنْ وَطِئَ الْكُلَّ) قَبْلَ الِاخْتِيَارِ بِالْقَوْلِ (تَعَيَّنَ الْأُوَلُ) أَيْ: الْأَرْبَعُ الْمَوْطُوآتُ مِنْهُنَّ أَوَّلًا، لِلْإِمْسَاكِ، وَمَا بَعْدَهُنَّ لِلتَّرْكِ اسْتِدْلَالًا بِتَقْدِيمِهِنَّ فِي الْوَطْءِ عَلَى تَقْدِيمِهِنَّ فِي الرَّغْبَةِ عِنْدَهُ.
