مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَكُرِهَ وَطْءٌ فِيهِ) ، أَيْ: النَّقَاءِ زَمَنَهُ بَعْدَ الْغُسْلِ. قَالَ أَحْمَدُ: مَا يُعْجِبُنِي أَنْ يَأْتِيَهَا زَوْجُهَا عَلَى حَدِيثِ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَاصِ " أَنَّهَا أَتَتْهُ قَبْلَ الْأَرْبَعِينَ فَقَالَ: لَا تَقْرَبِينِي " وَلِأَنَّهُ لَا يَأْمَنُ الْعَوْدَ زَمَنَ الْوَطْءِ.
