(وَ) قَدَّمَ (فِي التَّرْغِيبِ لَا يَلْزَمُ قَاضِيًا حُضُورًا) أَيْ: وَلِيمَةَ الْعُرْسِ؛ لِمَظِنَّةِ الْحَاجَةِ إلَيْهِ فِي دَفْعِ مَا هُوَ أَهَمُّ مِنْ ذَلِكَ.
