(فَلِمَنْ خَافَتْ عَلَى نَفْسِهَا الْإِفْضَاءَ) مِنْ عِظَمِهِ (مَنْعُهُ مِنْ جِمَاعِهَا) لِحَدِيثِ «لَا ضَرَرَ وَلَا ضِرَارَ» (وَعَلَيْهِ النَّفَقَةُ) لِأَنَّ مَنْعَهَا لِنَفْسِهَا لِعُذْرٍ
