(وَيَلْزَمُهُ) أَيْ الزَّوْجَ (تَسَلُّمُهَا) أَيْ: الزَّوْجَةَ (إنْ بَذَلَتْهُ) فَتَلْزَمُهُ النَّفَقَةُ تَسَلَّمَهَا أَوْ لَا؛ لِوُجُودِ التَّمْكِينِ حَيْثُ كَانَتْ مِمَّنْ يَلْزَمُ تَسْلِيمَهَا
