(وَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ لَا يَعْضُلَهُنَّ إنْ) طَلَبْنَ النِّكَاحَ، وَ (لَمْ يُرِدْ اسْتِمْتَاعًا بِهِنَّ، فَيُزَوِّجُهُنَّ أَوْ يَبِيعُهُنَّ) دَفْعًا لِضَرَرِهِنَّ، وَلِأَنَّ إعْفَافَهُنَّ وَصَوْنَهُنَّ عَنْ احْتِمَالِ الْمَحْظُورِ وَاجِبٌ. [فَصْلٌ تَزَوَّجَ بِكْرًا وَمَعَهُ غَيْرُهَا] فَصْلٌ
