(وَإِنْ) قَالَ لَهَا: إنْ (أَعْطَيْتَنِي ثَوْبًا هَرَوِيًّا فَأَنْتِ طَالِقٌ، فَأَعْطَتْهُ) ثَوْبًا (مَرْوِيًّا أَوْ) أَعْطَتْهُ ثَوْبًا (هَرَوِيًّا مَغْصُوبًا؛ لَمْ تَطْلُقْ) لِعَدَمِ وُجُودِ الصِّفَةِ الْمُعَلَّقِ عَلَيْهَا
