(وَيَتَّجِهُ) (أَوْ) أَيْ: وَإِلَّا (وَكِيلُهُ) أَيْ: الزَّوْجِ إذَا خَالَفَ (مُؤَجَّلًا فَعَجَّلَ) فَيَصِحُّ؛ لِأَنَّهَا زِيَادَةٌ تَنْفَعُ وَلَا تَضُرُّ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
