(وَكُرِهَ) أَذَانٌ وَإِقَامَةٌ (لِخَنَاثَى وَنِسَاءٍ وَلَوْ) كَانَ الْأَذَانُ وَالْإِقَامَةُ مِنْهُمَا (بِلَا رَفْعِ صَوْتٍ) ، لِأَنَّهُمَا وَظِيفَةُ الرِّجَالِ، فَفِيهِ نَوْعُ تَشَبُّهٍ بِهِمْ،
