(وَإِنْ خَيَّرَ وَكِيلَهُ) مِنْ ثَلَاثٍ (أَوْ) خَيَّرَ (زَوْجَتَهُ مِنْ ثَلَاثٍ) بِأَنْ قَالَ لِوَكِيلِهِ أَوْ زَوْجَتِهِ: اخْتَرْ أَوْ اخْتَارِي مِنْ ثَلَاثٍ مَا شِئْت أَوْ شِئْت (مَلَكَا) أَنْ يُطَلِّقَا (ثِنْتَيْنِ فَأَقَلَّ) لِأَنَّ مِنْ لِلتَّبْعِيضِ؛ فَلَا يَسْتَوْعِبُ أَحَدُهُمَا الثَّلَاثَ.
