(وَيَتَّجِهُ:) أَنَّهُ (لَا حَدَّ) عَلَى عَالِمٍ لَمْ يَنْزِعْ فِي الْحَالِ (لِلْخِلَافِ فِي عَدَمِ وُقُوعِهِ) أَيْ: الطَّلَاقِ (ثَلَاثًا دَفْعَةً كَمَا يَأْتِي) مُوَضَّحًا فِي: بَابِ مَا يَخْتَلِفُ بِهِ عَدَدُ الطَّلَاقِ بِأَدِلَّتِهِ لَكِنَّ الْمَذْهَبَ خِلَافُهُ
