(وَ) إنْ قَالَ (أَنْتِ طَالِقٌ، ثُمَّ قَالَ إنْ: أَرَدْتُ " قُمْتِ " دِينَ فَقَطْ) لِأَنَّهُ أَعْلَمُ بِنِيَّتِهِ، وَلَمْ يُقْبَلْ مِنْهُ، لِأَنَّهُ خِلَافُ الظَّاهِرِ.
