(وَيَتَّجِهُ بِاحْتِمَالٍ) قَوِيٍّ (وَكَذَا) لَا يَقَعُ الطَّلَاقُ فِي قَوْلِهِ لَهَا (إذَا دَخَلْتِ الْحَمَّامَ) فَأَنْتِ طَالِقٌ (وَنَحْوِهِ) كَإِنْ دَخَلْتِ الْبُسْتَانَ فَأَنْتِ طَالِقٌ (وَهِيَ فِيهِ) أَيْ: فِي الْحَمَّامِ أَوْ الْبُسْتَانِ؛ لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ
