(وَإِنْ عَلَّقَهُ) أَيْ: الطَّلَاقَ (بِقِيَامِهَا، ثُمَّ) إنْ قَالَ: إذَا طَلَّقْتُكِ فَأَنْتِ طَالِقٌ، ثُمَّ قَالَ إنْ قُمْتِ فَأَنْتِ طَالِقٌ (فَقَامَتْ، فَثِنْتَانِ) وَاحِدَةٌ بِقِيَامِهَا، وَأُخْرَى بِتَطْلِيقِهَا الْحَاصِلِ بِالْقِيَامِ، لِأَنَّ طَلَاقَهَا بِوُجُودِ الصِّفَةِ تَطْلِيقٌ لَهَا
