(وَيَقَعُ بِمَنْ) أَيْ: بِزَوْجَةٍ (لَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا) وَقَالَ لَهَا ذَلِكَ، الطَّلْقَةُ (الْمُنَجَّزَةُ فَقَطْ) لِأَنَّهَا تَبِينُ بِهَا، وَلَا يَلْحَقُهَا شَيْءٌ مِنْ الْمُعَلَّقِ.
