(فَرْعٌ: مَنْ حَلَفَ لَا يَقْرَأُ كِتَابًا فَقَرَأَهُ فِي نَفْسِهِ) وَلَمْ يُحَرِّكْ شَفَتَيْهِ بِهِ

(حَنِثَ، لِأَنَّهُ قِرَاءَةٌ عُرْفًا) إلَّا أَنْ يَنْوِيَ حَقِيقَةَ الْقِرَاءَةِ؛ فَلَا يَحْنَثُ إلَّا بِهَا. [فَصْلٌ فِي تَعْلِيقِ الطَّلَاق بِالْحَلِفِ] فَصْلٌ
