(وَ) إنْ قَالَ لَهَا (إنْ خَالَفْت أَمْرِي فَأَنْتِ طَالِقٌ، فَنَهَاهَا فَخَالَفَتْهُ.، وَلَا نِيَّةَ) لَهُ تُخَالِفُ ظَاهِرَ أَلْفَاظِهِ (لَمْ يَحْنَثْ، وَلَوْ لَمْ يَعْرِفْ حَقِيقَتَهُمَا) أَيْ: الْأَمْرِ وَالنَّهْيِ؛ لِأَنَّهَا خَالَفَتْ نَهْيَهُ لَا أَمْرَهُ،
