وَإنْ خَرِسَ وَفُهِمَتْ إشَارَتُهُ فَكَنُطْقِهِ

(وَإِنْ خَرِسَ) فُلَانٌ (وَفُهِمَتْ إشَارَتُهُ فَكَنُطْقِهِ) لِقِيَامِهَا مَقَامَهُ،
11,438وَإِنْ لَمْ تُفْهَمْ إشَارَتُهُ لَمْ تَطْلُقْ.
