(وَ) إنْ قَالَ لَهَا (إنْ رَضِيَ أَبُوكِ فَأَنْتِ طَالِقٌ فَأَبَى) أَبُوهَا أَيْ: قَالَ: لَا أَرْضَى بِذَلِكَ (ثُمَّ رَضِيَ) بَعْدَ إبَائِهِ (وَقَعَ) الطَّلَاقُ، لِأَنَّ الشَّرْطَ مُطْلَقٌ، فَهُوَ مُتَرَاخٍ
