وَيَتَّجِهُ: بَرُّ حَالِفِ لَيَفْعَلَنَّ كَذَا وَفَعَلَهُ حَال نَحْوِ جُنُونٍ وَإِغْمَاءٍ.

(وَيَتَّجِهُ بَرُّ حَالِفٍ لَيَفْعَلَنَّ كَذَا) كَلَيَقُومَنَّ مَثَلًا (وَفَعَلَهُ) أَيْ: فَعَلَ الْمَحْلُوفَ عَلَيْهِ (حَالَ نَحْوِ جُنُونٍ) كَنَوْمٍ (وَإِغْمَاءٍ) إذَا الْبَرُّ وَالْحِنْثُ فِي مِثْلِ هَذَا لَا يَفْتَقِرُ إلَى نِيَّةٍ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
