(لَكِنْ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ) تَقِيُّ الدِّينِ (لَا يَحْنَثُ) الْحَالِفُ بِمُخَالَفَةِ الْمَحْلُوفِ عَلَيْهِ (إنْ قَصَدَ إكْرَامَهُ لَا إلْزَامَهُ) وَيَأْتِي فِي كِتَابِ الْأَيْمَانِ.
