(وَ) إنْ حَلَفَ (لَا يَدْخُلُ عَلَيْهَا) أَيْ: عَلَى فُلَانَةَ بَيْتًا (فَدَخَلَتْ) هِيَ (عَلَيْهِ) وَهُوَ فِي بَيْتٍ (فَإِنْ خَرَجَ فِي الْحَالِ بَرَّ) وَإِلَّا يَخْرُجْ فِي الْحَالِ (حَنِثَ وَيَتَّجِهُ وَكَذَا) الْحُكْمُ فِي الْمَسْأَلَةِ
