(وَمَتَى رَجَعَتْ) عَنْ قَوْلِهَا انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُهَا حَيْثُ قَبِلَ قَبُولَهَا، وَلَمْ تَتَزَوَّجْ (قَبْلَ) رُجُوعِهَا (كَجَحْدِ أَحَدِهِمَا النِّكَاحَ) إذَا ادَّعَاهُ الْآخَرُ (ثُمَّ يَعْتَرِفُ بِهِ) أَيْ: النِّكَاحِ مُنْكَرُهُ؛ فَيُقْبَلُ قَوْلُهُ، كَمَا لَوْ لَمْ يَسْبِقُهُ إنْكَارٌ
