(وَيَتَّجِهُ بِاحْتِمَالٍ) قَوِيٍّ (وَكَذَا) أَيْ: كَالْمَسْأَلَةِ قَبْلَهَا (لَوْ) جَاءَتْ الْمَرْأَةُ حَاكِمًا، وَ (ادَّعَتْ أَنْ لَهَا زَوْجًا مُعْسِرًا لِتَفْسَخَ) نِكَاحَهَا؛ فَلَهُ أَنْ يُجِيبَهَا إنْ ظَنَّ صِدْقَهَا
