(وَلَوْ شَهِدَا) أَيْ: رَجُلَانِ (أَنْ فُلَانًا طَلَّقَ) امْرَأَتَهُ (ثَلَاثًا، وَوُجِدَ) الزَّوْجُ (مَعَهَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ، وَادَّعَى الْعَقْدَ ثَانِيًا بِشُرُوطِهِ؛ قُبِلَ مِنْهُ) وَهَذِهِ الْمَسْأَلَةُ سُئِلَ عَنْهَا الْمُوَفَّقُ؛ فَلَمْ يُجِبْ
