(فَإِنْ أَجَابَهُ) - أَيْ: الْمُؤَذِّنَ - (مُصَلٍّ بَطَلَتْ) صَلَاتُهُ (بِحَيْعَلَةٍ) ، لِأَنَّهُ دُعَاءُ آدَمِيٍّ، وَصَدَقْتَ وَبَرِرْتَ فِي التَّثْوِيبِ، لِأَنَّهُ خِطَابٌ آدَمِيٍّ
