(بِهَا عُذْرٌ) بَعْدَهَا يَمْنَعُ (وَطْأَهَا) كَإِحْرَامٍ وَنِفَاسٍ (لَمْ تَمْلِكْ طَلَبَ الْفِيئَةِ) بِكَسْرِ الْفَاءِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ مُمْتَنِعٌ مِنْ جِهَتِهَا، فَطَلَبُهَا بِهِ عَبَثٌ
