(وَيَصِحُّ) الظِّهَارُ (مِنْ كُلِّ مَنْ) أَيْ: زَوْجٍ (يَصِحُّ طَلَاقُهُ) مُسْلِمًا كَانَ أَوْ كَافِرًا أَوْ عَبْدًا أَوْ مُمَيِّزًا يَعْقِلُهُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ تَحْرِيمٌ كَالطَّلَاقِ، فَجَرَى مَجْرَاهُ، وَصَحَّ مِمَّنْ يَصِحُّ مِنْهُ
