(وَيَأْثَمُ كَلِفٌ) بِوَطْءٍ وَدَوَاعِيهِ قَبْلَ تَكْفِيرٍ؛ لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ (ثُمَّ) إنْ وَطِئَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُكَفِّرَ (لَا يَطَأُ) بَعْدُ (حَتَّى يُكَفِّرَ) لِلْخَبَرِ، وَلِبَقَاءِ التَّحْرِيمِ
