(وَيَبْعَثُ حَاكِمٌ إلَى) امْرَأَةٍ (خَفَرَةٍ) قَذَفَهَا زَوْجُهَا، وَأَرَادَ لِعَانَهَا (مَنْ) أَيْ: ثِقَةً (يُلَاعِنُ بَيْنَهُمَا) لِحُصُولِ الْغَرَضِ بِذَلِكَ وَالْخَفَرَةُ مَنْ تَتْرُكُ الْخُرُوجَ مِنْ مَنْزِلِهَا صِيَانَةً مِنْ الْخَفَرِ، وَهُوَ الْحَيَاءُ.
