مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(فَإِنْ لَمْ يَذْكُرْهُ) أَيْ: الْوَلَدَ فِي اللِّعَانِ لَا صَرِيحًا وَلَا تَضَمُّنًا (لَمْ يَنْتِفْ) احْتِيَاطًا لِلنَّسَبِ (إلَّا بِلِعَانٍ ثَانٍ، وَيَذْكُرُهُ) أَيْ: يَذْكُرُ نَفْيَهُ صَرِيحًا أَوْ تَضَمُّنًا لِمَا سَبَقَ أَنَّ الْقَصْدَ بِهِ سُقُوطُ الْحَدِّ، وَنَفْيُ الْوَلَدِ تَابِعٌ.
