(وَلَوْ نَفَى) شَخْصٌ (حَمْلَ أَجْنَبِيَّةٍ) غَيْرَ زَوْجَتِهِ (لَمْ يُحَدَّ) لِأَنَّ نَفْيَهُ مَشْرُوطٌ بِوُجُودِهِ، وَالْقَذْفُ لَا يَصِحُّ تَعْلِيقُهُ وَلِذَلِكَ لَمْ يَصِحَّ اللِّعَانُ عَلَيْهِ (كَتَعْلِيقِهِ) أَيْ: الزَّوْجِ أَوْ غَيْرِهِ (قَذْفًا بِشَرْطٍ كَأَنْتِ إنْ قُمْتِ فَأَنْتِ زَانِيَةٌ إلَّا قَوْلَهُ: أَنْتِ زَانِيَةٌ إنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ؛ فَقَذْفٌ وَ)
