وَلَا أَثَرَ لِشَبَهٍ مُخَالِفٍ لأَبِيِهِ مَعَ فِرَاشٍ

(وَلَا أَثَرَ لِشَبَهِ) وَلَدٍ وَلَوْ لِأَحَدِ مُدَّعِيهِ (مَعَ) وُجُودِ (فِرَاشٍ) لِحَدِيثِ عَائِشَةَ فِي عَبْدِ بْنِ زَمْعَةَ وَتَقَدَّمَ، وَفِيهِ:«الْوَلَدُ لِلْفِرَاشِ وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ» .
