(أَوْ أَسْلَمَ مَالِكٌ بَعْدَ رِدَّةٍ) فَلَا اسْتِبْرَاءَ عَلَى إمَائِهِ؛ لِمَا تَقَدَّمَ (أَوْ مَالِكُ صَغِيرَةٍ لَا يُوطَأُ مِثْلُهَا) فَلَا اسْتِبْرَاءَ، لِأَنَّ بَرَاءَةَ رَحِمِهَا مَحْسُوسَةٌ.
