مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(أُبِيحَا) أَيْ الْبَيْعُ وَالنِّكَاحُ (قَبْلَ) أَيْ: الِاسْتِبْرَاءِ؛ لِعَدَمِ وُجُوبِهِ. (وَيُسَنُّ) لِسَيِّدٍ أَرَادَ تَزْوِيجَ أَمَتِهِ الَّتِي لَمْ يَطَأْهَا (اسْتَبِرَا) ؤُهَا قَبْلَ التَّزْوِيجِ؛ لِيَتَيَقَّنَ بَرَاءَةَ رَحِمِهَا.
