(إنْ لَمْ يَخْتَرْ) الصَّبِيُّ مِنْهُمَا وَاحِدًا (وَاخْتَارَهُمَا جَمِيعًا) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا مَزِيَّةَ لِأَحَدِهِمَا عَلَى الْآخَر، وَلَا يُمْكِنُ اجْتِمَاعُهُمَا فِي حَضَانَتِهِ؛ فَلَا مُرَجِّحَ غَيْرُ الْقُرْعَةِ.
