(وَإِنْ قَالَ) جَانٍ (لَمْ أَقْصِدْ) بِذَلِكَ (قَتْلَهُ لَمْ يُصَدَّقْ) أَوْ ادَّعَى جَهْلَ الْمَرَضِ فِي ذَلِكَ كُلِّهِ لَمْ يُقْبَلْ مِنْهُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ خِلَافُ الظَّاهِرِ.
