(وَلَا يَجِبُ) عَلَيْهِمْ (مَعَ عَفْوٍ) عَنْ قَوَدٍ (أَكْثَرُ مِنْ دِيَةٍ) لِأَنَّ الْقَتِيلَ وَاحِدٌ؛ فَلَا يَلْزَمُهُمْ أَكْثَرُ مِنْ دِيَتِهِ، كَمَا لَوْ قَتَلُوهُ خَطَأً.
