فَمَا لَمْ تُعْلَمْ نَجَاسَتُهُ مِنْ آنِيَةِ كَافِرٍ وَثِيَابِهِ وَلَو وَلَيَتْ عَوْرَتَهُ وَلَمْ تَحِلَّ ذَبِيحَتُهُ طَاهِرٌ مُبَاحٌ،

(فَمَا لَمْ تُعْلَمْ نَجَاسَتُهُ مِنْ آنِيَةِ كَافِرٍ) ذِمِّيٍّ أَوْ حَرْبِيٍّ (وَثِيَابِهِ) - أَيْ: الْكَافِرِ - (وَلَوْ وَلِيَتْ عَوْرَتَهُ) كَسَرَاوِيلَ، (وَلَمْ تَحِلَّ ذَبِيحَتُهُ) كَوَثَنِيٍّ، وَدُرْزِيٍّ، وَنُصَيْرِي، وَإِسْمَاعِيلِيٍّ (طَاهِرٌ مُبَاحٌ، وَكَذَا) آنِيَةٌ وَثِيَابٌ
