(عَنْ اجْتِهَادٍ) فَلَا يَقْبَلُهُ إذَا لَمْ يَتَعَذَّرْ عَلَيْهِ الِاجْتِهَادُ (وَاجْتَهَدَ هُوَ) - أَيْ: مَرِيدُ الصَّلَاةِ - إنْ قَدَرَ، لِقُدْرَتِهِ عَلَى الْعَمَلِ بِاجْتِهَادِ نَفْسِهِ
