(وَتَصِحُّ فَائِتَةُ إذْنٍ) ، أَيْ: مَعَ خَشْيَةِ فَوَاتِ الْوَقْتِ نَصًّا (وَلَا) يَصِحُّ (نَفْلٌ) عِنْدَ ضِيقِ وَقْتِ الِاخْتِيَارِ (وَلَوْ) كَانَ النَّفَلُ (رَاتِبَةً) ، لِتَحْرِيمِهَا كَأَوْقَاتِ النَّهْي
