(أَوْ حَفَرَ بِئْرًا مُحَرَّمًا حَفْرُهُ) كَفِي طَرِيقٍ ضَيِّقٍ (أَوْ وَضَعَ حَجَرًا، أَوْ قِشْرَ بِطِّيخٍ، أَوْ صَبَّ مَاءً بِفِنَائِهِ) ؛ أَيْ: مَا اتَّسَعَ أَمَامَ دَارِهِ (أَوْ بِطَرِيقٍ، وَيَتَّجِهُ لَا) إنْ كَانَ صَبُّ الْمَاءِ بِالْأَفْنِيَةِ وَالطُّرُقِ
