(إنْ جُهِلَ وُجُوبُهُ) ، لِقُدْرَتِهِ عَلَى التَّعَلُّمِ فَلَا يُعْذَرُ بِالْجَهْلِ لِتَقْصِيرِهِ،

بِخِلَافِ النَّاسِي (أَوْ) أَيْ: وَلَا يَسْقُطُ التَّرْتِيبُ إنْ (خَشِيَ فَوْتَ جَمَاعَةٍ) بَلْ يُصَلِّي الْفَائِتَةَ، ثُمَّ الْحَاضِرَةَ وَلَوْ وَحْدَهُ، وَيَسْقُطُ وُجُوبُ الْجَمَاعَةِ لِلْعُذْرِ
