وَقِيلَ بَلْ نِصْفُهَا لأَنَّهُ هَلَكَ بِفِعْلِ نَفْسِهِ وَصَاحِبِهِ فَيُهْدَرُ فِعْلُ نَفْسِهِ. وَيتَّجِهُ: صِحَّة لِمُوَافَقَتِهِ الْقَوَاعِدَ.
