فَلَا حَقَّ فِيهَا لِقَاتِلٍ وَلَا كَامِلِ رِقٍّ

(فَلَا حَقَّ فِيهَا لِقَاتِلٍ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَرِثُ الْمَقْتُولَ (وَلَا كَامِلِ رِقٍّ) لِأَنَّهُ مَانِعٌ لِلْإِرْثِ وَيَرِثُ الْمُبَعَّضُ مِنْهَا بِقَدْرِ حُرِّيَّتِهِ كَغَيْرِهَا.
